Registration terms and conditions
All registration fees are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Confirmation of Registration
Once you have completed the online registration form you will receive a confirmation email from info the Conference Secretariat. Please note that the email confirmation will be sent to the email address entered when registering for the conference. This confirmation email will include your tax invoice as an attachment.
Payment of registration fees
All accounts must be paid in full prior to the conference. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit Card The conference accepts MasterCard and Visa. Payments will appear on your statement as ‘ESA Conference’. Credit card payments will be processed via NAB Transact, a third party gateway, and attract the following surcharges: MasterCard and Visa – 2% (AMEX is not accepted)
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Bank details will be on your invoice, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Earlybird Registration fee will be available until Friday 16 September 2022. Payment for Earlybird Registrations MUST be received by this date. After this date the Earlybird rate expires and the Standard rate will be applied automatically to all unpaid registrations.
Cancellation of registration
Should you need to cancel your registration, it must be put in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
Cancellations prior to 30 September 2022 will receive a full refund less $100 administration fee. Refunds from 1 October 2022 will only apply in exceptional circumstances. Alternatively, you can send a colleague or friend as a ‘replacement’ and we can organise this accordingly.
Information collected as part of the conference registration process is owned by the Conference Organising Committee and Kaigi Conferencing and Events. We only access information that you voluntarily give us. We will not provide this information to any third party, other than as necessary to fulfil your request (such as to accommodation providers).

Accommodation terms and conditions
Each hotel will have cancellation terms and conditions that are provided during the registration and booking process. Please read these as you select your accommodation as you will be asked if you agree to them in order to make a booking.
Full payment is made directly with the hotel at the time of the stay but you are required to provide credit card details to ‘secure’ the booking during the registration process.
